SHIPPING
At The Kart Shop we pride ourselves on our super fast shipping! Most items ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will ship on Monday. Holidays excluded. Special orders will usually ship within 3 business days. We generally ship by Priority Mail or UPS. We will use whichever method will get your items to you quickest. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information.

RETURNS
Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your items. We will do all that we can to correct any problems. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in NEW-UNUSED CONDITION-JUST AS YOU RECEIVED IT! Shipping cost are non-refundable unless return is due to our error. Items  are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The kart racing products we sell are manufactured for racing use only. Each part is sold "AS IS" with no warranty. Some products have a limited warranty from the manufacturer. Prior approval is needed before replacement, repair, or credit can be issued.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We appreciate our international customers and offer you the same excellent service as we do to our customers here at home. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING RATES. Your items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment through PAYPAL ONLY, most within 24 hours. We ship internationally with the United States Postal Service by Priority Mail International with a delivery time of 6-10 business days (in most cases). For everyone's protection, we insure all shipments for their full value. Customs forms will be filled out accurately and completely with the actual purchase price declared. Any duties or taxes that will be due in your country are your responsibility upon arrival. Please do not ask us to declare a lesser amount!
